- We only allow one account per user in Vics Bingo. If a customer has more than one account only one will remain active and all the duplicates will be disabled, all winnings in these duplicate accounts will be VOID. If the customer incurs in even more replica accounts then he/she can have certain account privileges disabled, or be banned from the website permanently. Furthermore, players who open more than one account may have their winnings forfeited.
- Household accounts are duplicate accounts, and will be the only duplicate accounts that may be allowed to co-exist. All Vics Bingo account holders need to provide valid credentials and contact information. Name of the account holder, phone number, mailing address and credit card information in the account profile needs to be accurate and valid. If any of this information is not properly submitted the Vics Bingo customer will not be able to fund the account, as it will be disabled until the proper information is submitted. If you fill in the wrong information, your winnings will be automatically voided at the sole discretion of Vics Bingo.
Declined Transactions

This documentation needs to be submitted via email to accounting@vicsbingo.com or faxed to 1-703-991-8879 and only until such documentation has been received and verified by Vics Bingo Accounting department the credit/debit card will be re-enabled. When this procedure has been completed successfully your Vics Bingo account will be credited with a $25 USD bonus upon the first successful deposit after the verification process.
