Important Note:

Please make sure to give us your Real Name and Real Mailing Address (they must match the NAME and BILLING ADDRESS on your CREDIT CARD account file). Household and Spousal accounts:

In the case of multiple household accounts, we will not permit one account to deposit while the other has a pending withdrawal. If one of the accounts has a pending withdrawal, the second or spousal account will be disabled until after the withdrawal is processed and another deposit has been made. We will only allow ONE payout per spousal account, the first withdrawal submitted will be the request processed and if there is a payout on the second account it will be automatically declined and the account will be disabled.
