Promotions rules and regulations
- All our Newsletter promotions, special monthly tournament prizes and any other promotion prize we may be running will be credited on Tuesdays. So, if you hit any promotion prize on Thursday of one week, it will be credited to your account the upcoming Tuesday.
- All participants of our promotions and games must be active members. Meaning by active member, a person who registered an account at our site and has made at least 1 deposit of $24 in the last 10 days.
- There are several reasons for which you may not be eligible to receive one of our prizes and they are:
- A pending payout
- A redemption flow back in the last 48 hours
- Being subject of a particular issue with any of our departments. In this particular case you will be notified via email, chat, ticket or phone of your special situation.
- Our Newsletter promotions run from Friday through Thursday. As Thursday is the day on which we usually upload our recent Newsletter to the site and deliver them to the members that chose to receive them via email.
- When you select to participate in a particular promotion that is being hosted in our Newsletter. Please check and follow the instructions included there. Do not do anything that has not been required from you in those instructions, such as sending specific game numbers to our support team or other members of our site, as to avoid any misunderstandings.
- If you have a pending payout and/or cash out that has been processed in the course of the week that will make you not eligible to receive any of the prizes promoted in our Newsletter game specials or from any other promotion that we may be hosting at that time.
If you wish to receive that prize and you have a pending payout request, you will need to cancel it 48 hours before prizes get credited, or make a deposit after canceling the request. And if you had a payout processed, you will need to make a new deposit after that, to be eligible for any of our promotions.
